Error with video greeting card

Basically, called me a liar when I showed documentation twice..THEIR dcoumentation!
They said i did not receive a February free card because I joined in late January and did not earn on. I sent them my January ecard notice with my Hallmark number (platinum status- member over 20 years) and the response was that I was not a member in January.
Another person later responded to tell me (why I do not know) that I was not eligible, again, and would receive a March card.
No apology.. all over a free card that would get me in the store.
Is this artificial intelligence? I mentioned the blog that said there was some,,,oh,,, nepotism misjudging within the company when she was a bit flip

Seeking my pension
Desr Sir / Madam,
I worked for hallmark cards in Ireland from October 7th 1982 to October 10th 1986.
We were told we had the best non contributory pension of any company in the country and now matter how long we worked there we would have some kind of pension upon leaving so basically Hallmark cards inc were receiving tax breaks on this and are continuing to make money off the unclaimed investments made on behalf of possibly thousands of employees.
I am seeking a refund of the investments made on my behalf by Hallmark cards inc for those contributions plus the returns made on those investments from 1982 to the current day.
I will allow you 30 days to make a favourable reply to my legitimate claim after which my lawyers will take appropriate legal action against Hallmark cards, Kansas city, Missouri, USA.
I also envisage engaging a prominent public relations company to expose your scam worldwide.
